Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ferrer NV Investments LLC, doing business as Flexpads (“Flexpads,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit flexpads.co (the “Site”) or send us an inquiry. We collect only what we need to answer your questions about our furnished homes, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry form we collect your name and email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, desired move-in date, length of stay, purpose of stay, the residence you are asking about, and anything you write in your message (for example, number of guests, pets, or accessibility needs).
Please do not include sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account or card numbers, insurance claim numbers, or health information in the form. If we need documents for an application, we will tell you how to provide them securely.
Information collected automatically. When you submit an inquiry we also record your IP address, the Site page it was sent from, and your browser’s user-agent string (which identifies your browser and device type). We use this information to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse — including limiting repeated submissions and blocking abusive senders — and to keep the Site secure. It is stored with your inquiry, is visible only to authorized Flexpads staff, is not included in the email notifications we receive, and is deleted along with your inquiry. Like most websites, our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect. The Site does not use analytics services, advertising pixels, social-media plugins, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and tell you about availability, pricing, and options for your stay.
- If you decide to proceed, to arrange your stay — including any application, verification, or agreement steps we explain to you at that time.
- To keep the Site and our systems secure and to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after we receive them, then delete them, unless you become a guest — in which case we keep the records needed for your stay for as long as your rental agreement and applicable law require. Web server access logs are kept for a short period, generally no longer than 30 days.
If we block a sender for spam or abuse, we keep the blocked email address or IP address for as long as the block is needed, and remove it when the block is lifted.
How we protect information
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, inquiries are stored on a server with access limited to authorized staff, and our admin area is password-protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us by email at info@flexpads.co or through our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes (California Civil Code § 1798.83). You may make the requests described above at any time.
Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law (NRS 603A). You may still submit a request that we not sell your information by email at info@flexpads.co or through our contact form.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the Site does not track visitors across websites or over time, we do not change our practices in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals — there is no tracking to turn off.
Children
The Site is intended for adults arranging housing. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to or embed services operated by others, such as Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site.

Questions or requests about this Policy can be sent by email at info@flexpads.co or through our contact form.
