Cookie Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

Short version: flexpads.co does not set cookies for visitors, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. They can be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or track activity across websites.

Our fonts, images, and scripts are served from our own server, so viewing the Site does not send requests to third-party font or analytics services.

Google Maps (optional)

Residence pages include an area map that is off by default. It loads only if you click “Show map.” When it loads, Google may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, under Google’s Privacy Policy and cookie information. If you do not click, your browser makes no request to Google Maps.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to browse the Site or send an inquiry. Blocking third-party cookies may affect how an optional Google map displays.

Changes and contact

If we ever add cookies or similar technologies — for example, analytics — we will update this page first and, where required, ask for your consent. Questions can be sent by email at info@flexpads.co or through our contact form.
